I've known Pino for about 20 years. Does that make this review bias? Nope. Why? I've known many other real estate agents for just as long, if not longer. However, my wife and I chose Pino to sell our house. The staging was on point and our house was sold in about 8 days. He was there for any questions we had and was thorough when it came to the other details. After our move, we found ourselves looking to sell once again. However, we were 4 hours away. Pino recommended the agent that would eventually sell our house. Granted that agent wasn't as good as Pino. When it came to looking for our house in Durham, Pino was very accomodating. Since we were coming from hours away, Pino made himself available and showed us many houses. Searching for houses and navigating the current market was extremely frustrating, as I am sure many people can attest. Pino kept plugging away. When we had almost given up, Pino made a Hail Mary shot. After looking at MLS as if it was my job, viewing dozens of houses either online or in person, Pino found us our home.
